BLT Macaroni Salad

Have you guys seen the Buzzfeed Tasty page, yet? If not, you NEED to check it out. There are SO many recipes that are so quick and easy, from breakfast, to dinner, to dessert!

I happened to stumble across a recipe for BLT Macaroni Salad, and because it had bacon, REALLY wanted to try it. I tried it. I was happy.

Again, I'm really fond of recipes that are simple to make, so I was excited to try this because as good as it sounded, it was really basic and easy to put together.

What you need:
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1 tsp. of garlic powder
- 3 tsps. of vinegar
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1-3 cups chopped spinach
- Chopped bacon (The more the better, in my honest opinion. 6-8 slices should be enough, though)
- Salt and pepper to taste

What you do:
1. Cook the pasta, according to the directions.
2. Once pasta is cooled, add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Enjoy!

How easy?????? And it's sooo good!
